Weekly Lawn Care
Includes cutting, weekly edging of cement, and string line trimming of all lawn areas. Also includes blowing of all entryways, walks, drives and
approaches to remove grass and debris.
Spring & Fall Cleanup
Includes removal of all leaves & debris from lawn areas, flower beds, and parking lots on property.
Sprinkler System
Includes sprinkler system start up in April or May and winterizing in October. We can handle any repairs that need to be made to the sprinkler system.
Shrub & Tree Trimming
Includes trimming of all shrubs and trees twice per year: once in early
spring and once in early fall. Includes all trees and bushes 12’ and under.
Mulch and Ground Cover
Includes the manual spreading of different types of mulch chosen by our Client. This service is usually performed once per year.
Monthly Weeding & Bed Care
Includes weeding and edging of all flower beds on property to be done on a weekly or monthly basis.
Annual Flowers
Includes planting of annual flowers (early to mid-May) and removal of flowers (early to mid-September).
